# Error dan pemulihan

> Tangani konflik dan retry tanpa duplikasi.

Error umumnya JSON `code`; beberapa jalur juga menyertakan `error`. Jangan bergantung pada kalimat error yang dapat berubah bahasa.

| 400/422 | Perbaiki input/schema/idempotency key |
| 401 | Periksa credential, status dan expiry |
| 403 | Periksa environment, scope, requester, tenant |
| 404 | ID tidak ada atau di luar akses app |
| 409 | Baca ulang versi/status dan penggunaan aktif |
| 410 | Endpoint pensiun; gunakan approval-requests |
| 413 | Kurangi ukuran body/file |
| 408/429 | Retry terbatas; hormati Retry-After |
| 503 | Periksa sandbox gate/kapasitas, bukan ganti header production |

Kode relevan: `SANDBOX_API_DISABLED`, `ENVIRONMENT_MISMATCH`, `INPUT_INVALID`, `NOT_FOUND`, `WORKFLOW_IN_USE`, `REVISION_NOT_OPEN`, `PACKAGE_NOT_CLOSED`, `UPLOAD_BUSY`.

Command idempotent diulang dengan key dan payload identik setelah timeout. Jangan membuat key baru sebelum mengetahui hasil command awal. Webhook dideduplikasi berdasarkan event ID.

Laporkan waktu, endpoint tanpa token, status dan kode ke [support](mailto:halo@dekasign.com). Jangan kirim password, API key, OTP, preview/session token atau file pribadi.
