# DekaSign documentation

DekaSign connects forms, requests, reviews, revisions, and document signing. Start with the guide for your role.

  Documentation does not enable features. Management APIs remain sandbox-only. SSO, parallel ALL/ANY groups, and new external approval Actor admission are not enabled for production. Native Document Sign uses internal DekaSign integrity evidence, not a certified electronic seal.

## Key terms

An **organization/workspace** defines membership and data boundaries. A **category** groups permissions and requests. A **form template** defines input structure. A **workflow release** pins the flow used for new requests. A **request** is an approval process. A **signing package** tracks each document recipient's obligations.
