After a timeout, retry idempotent commands with the same key/payload. Do not generate a new key before checking the first result. Deduplicate webhooks by event ID.
Report the time, endpoint without tokens, HTTP status, and code to support. Never send passwords, API keys, OTPs, preview/session tokens, or private files.
