Login and organizations

Sign in with your account email. For invitations, use the address the invitation was sent to. Select the correct organization and its subdomain. Membership in multiple organizations does not automatically grant access to all tenant data. Onboarding collects the organization identity and setup information supported by the release. Check Settings before inviting members or publishing workflows. If organization creation or purchasing is gated, contact the team; clicking a button is not proof of activation.

Roles

Multiple roles do not bypass permission checks. Admin status alone does not make a member an eligible approver.

Profile menu

Click your name/avatar in the top bar for Settings and Sign out. Profile settings let you change your name and password through the available verification flow. Never reuse demo passwords for customer accounts.

When access is denied

Check the active organization, membership, form/category grants, task assignment, and delegation validity. Ask the Owner to correct permissions. A direct URL does not bypass server checks. SSO is not active in this scope.
