Build a form

Open Request templates, create a clearly named template, and add palette elements. Select a field to set its label, helper text, required state, validation, and choices. Use Preview to try the form before saving a version. Field keys remain stable when labels change. Rules and APIs use keys; a visible label is not necessarily an API parameter name.

Field types

Use text/multiline for descriptions, integer/decimal for numbers, select/multiple choice/checkbox for choices, date for dates, file for attachments, and dynamic table for repeated rows. Configure conditional visibility with supported fields and type-appropriate operators.

Dates

Date fields support Date only or Date & time. Check format and time-zone context before Submit. A displayed date is not the same as a server decision timestamp.

Dynamic tables

Dynamic tables are general-purpose, not limited to attendance/overtime. Add up to 10 columns, set supported labels/keys/types/validation, and let requesters add rows within configured limits. Examples include procurement items, expenses, overtime dates, or event requirements. Preview empty rows, required values, numeric inputs, and row limits. Rules must not use arbitrary expressions or keys outside the schema.

Documents

Use upload fields for supported PDFs, PPTX files, or images. Check the form’s size/count limits; the upload API has different limits and currently accepts PDF only. For signing, enable it per document during submission and design fields/recipients within the supported flow.

After saving

Save a new version, open the workflow using the template, check its Rules, and Validate again. Publish pins form/workflow versions for new requests. Test with synthetic data before organizational use.
